You are eligible to establish a HSA in any month if your are:
- covered by a high-deductible health plan(HDHP) on the first day of that month,
- not entitled to Medicare,
- are not under another insurance plan that is not HDHP,
- or claimed as a dependent on another individual's tax return.
If you question if you are eligible we ask that you would contact your tax accountant or your insurance agency.

- Monthly Service charge will be applied if the account drops below $250.00
